Jack Eversea and Evan Weston, two of Hollywood’s hottest young actors had their hearts stolen by regular down to earth girls, and we lived and laughed and loved their stories in the Eversea Series and in the Desire Resort Series. But what happened when the books were over?

How did each couple choose to spend their first Christmas? Was it sexy, emotional, stressful or heartwarming?

Perhaps it was everything and more…

My Star, My Love by Natasha Boyd – 5/5

I’ve been a huge fan of the Eversea series ever since I read the first book so I was thrilled when I saw this bundle would be coming out soon and I was even more thrilled when I got the chance to read and review it. My thoughts about My Star, My Love? I freaking adored it! I hadn’t realized how much I missed Keri Ann and Jack until I read the novella. I also loved how they spend their Christmas in England with Jack’s mother. So, the story? It was wonderful. Just the type of Christmas novella that I love. Cute, quick and a bit steamy. Okay, a lot steamy! Damn, I missed Jack. Anyway… the writing was also one of my favorite things. Natasha Boyd is a fantastic writer and I’ve always thought the characters she created were realistic, especially Keri Ann! It was no different in this story and I loved that. Speaking of characters, Jack’s mother Charlotte, was super nice. I loved her right away and really liked how she made Keri Ann feel welcome. Also, Jack’s British accent was slowly coming back, even though he hated that. How freaking adorable was that?! So overall, this was a superb novella! I loved everything about it – The holiday atmosphere, reading about Keri Ann and Jack Eversea again, the wonderful writing, the sexy romantic scenes, the humor… I could go on forever. I loved it!

Many Times, Many Ways by Kate Roth – 5/5

I haven’t read the Desire Resort series but this christmas novella has definitely made me curious to read the books. Let me just say this straight away: I fell in love with Evan Weston. I absolutely did. I just love how he tricked Dani into thinking he wouldn’t be able to see her on time, but of course he did. Damn, that was so cute. This, together with the well-written and witty dialogue makes me want to read the series. So Evan was great character and I love his point of view but I also really liked Dani. Also a great main character and I love how Evan calls her ‘sassy’. I simply have to find out how and where that nickname originated. The story was adorable. Their first christmas together, and two huge presents Evan gave Dani. I loved it all. Like I said before, the story was well-writen (this is a huge deal!) and the conversations flowed very nicely. It was short, sweet, sexy and… sassy!
