Stacking The Shelves is a weekly bookish meme hosted @ Tynga’s Reviews & Reading Reality.

For Review:
Twilight Empress by Faith L. Justice
This is the little-known story of Placidia, sister to one of the last Roman Emperors. A huge thanks to Raggedy Moon Books for sending a copy to me.

Bought:
Lily of the Nile by Stephanie Dray
I’ve wanted Stephanie Dray’s debut book for ages so I purchased it when I saw it on sale a few days ago. Also, the Kindle version has this new beautiful cover!

  1. Lily of the Nile looks and sounds great! Hope you love it, I'm gonna add it to my list 😀 Have a lovely weekend, Stephanie!

    • The time periods aren't very close together. Lily of the Nile is about Cleopatra's daughter and Twilight Empress takes place near the end of the Roman empire but still close in theme, yes. 😀

  2. Both of these sound so good. I haven't heard of Twilight Empress, but I'm intrigued. And I just love the cover of Lily of the Nile. I hope you enjoy them! Have a wonderful week, Stephanie.
