Night Rebel #1
Expected publication: October 30th 2018 by Avon
In this thrilling new Night Rebel series set in New York Times bestselling author Jeaniene Frost’s Night Huntress world, sexy and ruthless vampire Ian finally meets his match! The Rule Breaker
Master vampire Ian is unrepentant, shameless… and every shade of wicked. He’s made one too many enemies in his two centuries of existence, including Dagon, a demon who now lays claim to his soul. Ian’s only chance to escape Dagon is to join forces with a Law Guardian, but he’s never been able to abide by the rules for long.
The Law Maker
Veritas’ normal role is police, judge and jury to reprobates like Ian. But she has her own ax to grind with Dagon, so if she can use Ian as bait…well, all’s fair in law and war. As they scour supernatural hotspots to perfect their trap, Veritas soon realizes Ian’s devil-may-care, roguish image hides something much more powerful. And Ian discovers that Veritas has shocking secrets of her own. As they’re drawn to each other with a passion as intense as their peril, either love or justice will prevail. But each will have devastating consequences…
I'm not familiar with the author or other series but I'm happy a character you love is getting their own series that is always exciting news!
I've been wishing for the author to write a book about him for YEARS. And I know a lot of the other fans have been to. 😀
That cover is beyond gorgeous, DAYUM.
RIGHT?! I'm so happy with the cover. 😀
Ian sounds just amazing and I think this would be right up my alley! Thanks for sharing it.
Ian sure is… special xD
I've been meaning to read a Frost book!
DO IT, AMBER! Halfway to the Grave is one of the first paranormal romance books I've loved. I remember buying it back in 2011 because I saw people on GR rave about it.
I always loved Ian as a character and wanted to read more about him but other than Spade's spinoff I haven't enjoyed any of them. They've gone too much paranormal romance and not enough plot for me so I doubt I'll read it. Hope you enjoy it though.
Too bad! I loved all the spin-off series, especially the one about Mencheres and of course Vlad.
I absolutely love books set in New York! I hope that this one is all that you hope for. It sounds like a really intriguing series. 🙂
First of all, SO sorry about the late comment back…. 🙁 Sometimes LIFE interferes with my blogging! Lol.
That cover pulled me in right away!! I know that shirtless guys on covers are nothing new, but they get me EVERY single time! LOL.
As you know, I also LOVE paranormal romance and urban fantasy!! And I've been meaning to get to this author for the LOOOOONGEST time, too. So on to my GR shelves this book goes!!
Thanks for sharing, Steph!! Thanks as well for commenting on my own CWW post!! HUGS!!! <3 <3 <3 🙂 🙂 🙂
