Pick a book in your favorite genre that you’d recommend to a reluctant reader.
I have many favorite genres but I’m gonna go with Historical Fiction. My favorite writer in this genre is Michelle Diener. All her books are pretty damn good but my favorite is The Emperor’s Conspiracy.

I've never read a historical fiction book but I've decided to try it this year.
