Happy end of April! This month went really fast for me and I read a lot of amazing books. I listened to a lot of Great Courses lectures but I don’t mind since they were all amazing, especially the Elizabeth Vandiver ones. They were topnotch!

What was your favorite book of the month?
What a great month! I’m glad you enjoyed Calypso, it’s definitely different from anything else I’ve read, and I think Oliver is so talented😁
I would NEVER be able to write a novel in verse like that. It was definitely impressive!
Quite a few books this month as well. I have not read any of them, but get very interested in the Great Courses books. I will have a closer look at them. All the titles seem interesting, and what is not about Antiquity? I have downloaded The Aenid and am looking forward to reading it. Whenever there is time.
Wow! I hope the wonderful reading continues into May!
Reading 12 books in a month is super impressive. Congratulations!
