Today I don’t feel like doing anything. I just wanna lay in my bed. Don’t feel like picking up my phone, so leave a message at the tone. ‘Cause today I swear I’m not doing anything.

And it’s killing me girl knowing you compare me to him. Always guilty before the sin.  I can’t win, I can’t win no. So I know that when it’s time to sink or swim. That the face inside is hearing me. Right underneath my skin. It’s like I’m paranoid lookin’ over my back. It’s like a whirlwind inside of my head. It’s like I can’t stop what I’m hearing within. It’s like the face inside is right beneath my skin.

You want to fix me, push me into your fantasy. You try to give me, sell me a new personality. You try to lift me, I don’t get better. What’s making you happy is making me sadder. In your golden cage.
